Grape varieties: 60% Merlot — 40% Cabernet Sauvignon | Colour: ruby red tending to purple. With aging it becomes garnet | Nose profile: very elegant wine with fruity hints like blueberry and blackberry. It presents toasted and vanilla tings | Palate profile: dry, warm and full bodied. Tannins feel softly thanks to the aging in barriques.
FOOD MATCHING: An excellent wine with roasted meats, in particular pork, lamb and goat. Ideal also with game. And appreciated as a meditation wine.
