Prosecco | Fermentation and vinification: Temperature control is very important; the temperature must be kept at between 18-22°C to obtain the best of the quality of aromas. Lastly, the wine is transformed into sparkling wine, executed with care directly in the cellar Reguta.

Colour: deep greenish yellow | Nose profile: aroma of good intensity with apple and peach notes with a unique personality  | Palate profile: Fresh and on the palate pleasing and harmonious

 

FOOD MATCHING: an aperitif wine or a base for fruit cocktails; at the end of the meal ano with dry, baked pastries

 

During the sparkling process, the total consumption of residual sugars by the yeasts is checked in order to obtain the characteristics of Dosage Zero or Brut Nature.
